Covey Commercial coordinates construction of capital improvements as well as preparation of space plans for approval by prospective tenants. We negotiate contracts with tenant improvement contractors, administer a clean and professional construction site, review and approve progress billings and oversee tenant occupancy.

Our Property Managers diligently seek compliance of the lease terms and obligations of each tenant, including prompt and full payment of rent. Detailed audits of all new properties are conducted to ensure optimal revenue generation.

Maintenance and Repairs

Covey Commercial performs regular and frequent site visits and our personnel are available 24 hours per day for immediate response to maintenance and repair emergencies.

Full Service Accounting

Property Owners are provided comprehensive monthly financial reports detailing all revenue and expenditures, including a narrative discussion regarding any significant budget variances utilizing multiple state of the art accounting systems. All income is promptly deposited into bank accounts maintained in the name of each Owner. All invoices, including mortgage, taxes and insurance, are paid in a timely manner.
